Overnight Camp Opening and Closing DAYS

 What an exciting day!  The opening and closing of camp are some of the most special days of all.  On the first day parents will be able to meet their child's counselors, help them make their bunk, settle them in, and see where their child will be spending the next week. On closing day, campers and parents reunite, and campers get to talk about all they have learned.  We will have a brief ceremony on this day.

From US-77/I-69E

• Take the Stillman/Old Alice Rd exit.
  • Coming Northbound on 77 - make the first U-Turn under the expressway. 
  • Coming Southbound on 77 - at the stop sign, go straight.

Pass The Pecan Tree Motel and Turn RIGHT on Fish Hatchery Rd. Follow this road past where GPS says to stop until you reach a Black Gate.

**Note: SOME map apps may misroute you to our second gate. 

Be cautious! Camp staff will direct you once you arrive. 

• Arrive between 3:30-4:30pm on Sunday afternoon.  
• **Leave everything except meds in your car until after you have checked in.
• Park and come to the check in table.
• Camper Lice check (must be clear to stay)
• Turn in Meds ( don't forget the medication form )
• Leave $$ at the Camp Store
• Ask all the questions!
• Take your camper to their cabin and say goodbye

• Arrive by 9:45am on Saturday morning.  
• Park and come to the pavilion.
• Check lost and found, pick up leftover meds, have a snack.
• 10:10 - reunite with your campers
• 10:20 - brief closing ceremony
• 10:40 - see you next Summer!

 We want this to be a great experience for both you and your camper so it's important that you arrive on time.
